  • What action is required by the partners?


    Citrix is asking partners to select a preferred distributor for their Citrix business. Your preferred distributor will be your go-to partner for value added activities with Citrix. The selection period will start on June 1, 2018 and end on June 30, 2018. (Midnight, Eastern Time)

  • Is selecting a Preferred Distributor required?


    This will be a requirement for all Citrix Solution Advisors. By not taking action and selecting, you may be at risk of losing marketing program dollars and/or other CSA benefits.

  • How do I select a Preferred Distributor?


    Steps to Selecting a Preferred Distributor:

    • Login to Citrix Partner Central
    • Go to “My Partnership” tab
    • Select “Update Locations, Contacts, and Memberships”
    • Select “Locations” tab
    • Click “Select Distributor” tab
    • From the drop down, enter USA or Canada for Country
    • Enter name of Preferred Distributor (Arrow or Ingram)
    • Hit Search and select record

  • How long is my Preferred Distributor selection valid?


    Your selection will be valid for 18 months and will be applied to all locations within your organization.

  • Is this a closed distribution model?


    No, partners are eligible to transact through either distributor regardless of the selected Preferred Distributor.
