  • Why is Carbon Black selling through Arrow?

    As we evolve and grow our business, working with Arrow we’ll be able to provide better technical support, financial options, and marketing support than you receive today.

  • When is this change effective?

    This change is effective April 4, 2017. We will work individually on any deals in-process at that date.

  • Will I be able place POs with Carbon Black directly as I have in the past?

    No, you will need to place all POs through Arrow, and register opportunities via Carbon Black’s partner portal.

  • Will I need to sign a new Partner Agreement with Carbon Black?

    Yes, and it will be sent to you or you can click here to request it

  • Will my pricing change or go up with Arrow?

    We are structuring the distributor pricing model to allow for a competitive resale price to you. Therefore your purchase price via Arrow should not increase, but that is between you and Arrow.

  • What happens to any deal registrations that I have currently?

    You will not lose the registrations and we’ll work with you to transition them to Arrow.

  • Will I still have access to the Carbon Black partner portal?

    Absolutely, you will continue to have complete access to the partner portal and all of its resources.

  • Is Carbon Black included in Partner Rewards (Voucher Program)?

    Yes.

  • Why can’t I buy direct anymore?

    Carbon Black is growing very well and by moving your purchases to Arrow we will be able to better support that growth, while increasing the level of sales support, and improving available lines of credit as we grow our business.

  • Who are my sales and technical contacts at Arrow and who can answer my technical questions?

  • How do I get a technical resource on the phone with my customer?

    Arrow will be your first line of support and will have on-staff technical resources to work with you. They will also be able to engage further resources from Carbon Black, if needed. Please contact Brian Reimer for more info.

  • Whom do I speak with about renewals?

    Contact Arrow and they will be able to support your renewal needs.
