  • What are the Partner program levels?

    The Distributor Authorized Reseller program (DAR) offers one Partner level/tier.

  • Do you provide access to the Qlik Partner Portal?

    The Distribution Authorized Reseller agreement and program rules can be obtained by submitting the Olik Partnership Interest Form on the Arrow portal. As soon as approved by Qlik you will receive the documentation.

  • Where can I review the agreement and program rules?

    The Distribution Authorized Reseller agreement and program rules can be obtained by submitting the Olik Partnership Interest Form on the Arrow portal. As soon as approved by Qlik you will receive the documentation.

  • What is the enrollment process to become a Qlik Authorized Reseller?

    To join the Qlik Distribution Authorized Reseller Program, you are required to: (a) complete a Qlik DAR application; (b) be approved by Qlik; (c) execute a Qlik Distribution Authorized Reseller agreement; and (d) have a valid contract in place with Arrow.

  • Is there a Partner fee?

    The Qlik Partner Network fee is waived for 2016.

  • Do I have to renew the contract on a yearly base?

    The contract is valid for one year and renews on a yearly base automatically for another year at the anniversary date.

  • What's the overall enablement roadmap for Partners onboarding the program? Is there are cost associated to it?

    Qlik offers intensive onboarding training for new Partners free of cost. The Qlik Partner portal provides further along role based pathways for various positions in your organization. Role based pathways offers customized content for sales, pre-sales and technical roles. Online training is free of charge. All other training is offered with a 30% discount.

  • What type of sales and technical certifications are required to become a Qlik Partner?

    To ensure that you are qualified to promote and resell the Qlik products, you must satisfy within 6 months of the effective date of your DAR Agreement, and thereafter maintain (within 6 months after any upcoming certification release date), the applicable requirements listed in Partner Education and Certification Guide. The Partner Education and Certification Guide sets forth the minimum individual education and certification requirements that you must maintain, according to your Authorized Reseller agreement.

  • What are the minimum revenue thresholds per year?

    The current annual program minimum threshold is set forth in Qlik Partner Program rules.

  • Is there a deal registration site or process for Qlik Partners?

    Deals can be registered through your Qlik Partner portal access.

  • How can I obtain pricing information?

    Pricing information based on the current price list are located on the Qlik Partner portal. Pricelists are subject to change.

  • Can Partners remarket Qlik Education Services?

    DAR may resell applicable Qlik public education offerings to end users as set forth on the Partner Portal at a specified discount off of Qlik’s then current list price for such education offerings.

  • What support from Qlik can I expect?

    The Qlik Partner program offers a variety of resources that will support you in selling Qlik solutions and offerings such as:

    • New Partner onboarding
    • Enablement/Education
    • Sales tools including- Not for Resale Licenses (NFR) and Internal Use Licenses (IUL)
    • Marketing campaigns and MDF
    • Field support

  • Are there Qlik field resources or contacts that a Partner can leverage?

    You will be assigned a Qlik Partner Manager as your point of contact with respect to the DAR Partner Program. The Partner Manager can provide further resources based on your specific needs.

  • Do I have access to your professional services organization?

    Yes, you will have access to your local Qlik professional services organization. Qlik will grant you a discount off Qlik’s then current applicable price list for Consulting Services as described in the Consulting Services catalogue. Available services from Qlik Consulting include Qlik Application Development, Data Governance, and other services based on the Consulting Services catalogue. Provision by Qlik of Consulting Services is dependent on the availability of Qlik consulting resources.

  • What is your mid/long term channel strategy?

    Qlik is a Partner-centric company and we continue to invest in our Partner ecosystem to grow even further on a global scale. Investment areas are Enablement and Education of the Qlik Channel Partners as well as supporting Partners in all sales related activities. Qlik just introduced an industry leading MDF program. Accolades speak for themselves. Qlik is the only Data Discovery vendor with a 5-star rating in the Channel Company’s CRN 2015 Partner Program Guide.
